CONSULTATION SERVICES
Initial Consultation: We offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your AI needs. For paid consultation sessions, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Due to the nature of custom development work, refunds for project-based services are handled on a milestone basis. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable. Prepaid amounts for uncompleted work will be refunded within 14 business days.
TRAINING & WORKSHOPS
• Cancellations 14+ days before: Full refund
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund or credit
• Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund (substitutes allowed)
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and provide necessary revisions.
